The Teen Center will service 235 youth who will attend activities every Friday night. The Teen Center's goals are to lower gang activity, substance abuse and juvenile delinquency in Loudoun County. It will measure project success by attendence and by the number of volunteers who help supervise the Center each week. NCA/NCF
