The West Virginia State Police (WVSP) maintains the National Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Data System, which assists credentialed law enforcement investigators in quickly and securely accessing information involving the online exploitation of children. This project allows WVSP to strengthen the system's technological capacity and add features requested by commanders and users.

The ICAC Data System's intended outcomes include decreased duplicated investigator efforts, increased efficiency, and improved investigator collaboration.
