Law Enforcement Against Drugs and Violence (LEAD), under the Youth L.E.A.D. Program Enhancement Project, will use funding to expand L.E.A.D. programming within New Jersey, implement new curricula, enhance instruction to improve teaching methods, and conduct program evaluations to reinforce the effectiveness of L.E.A.D. programs.
