CISNC Reentry to Resilience: wraparound supports for youth returning to their home communities following release from NC's Youth Development Centers.

Communities In Schools of North Carolina's Reentry to Resilience program will provide supports and services for parents and families of youth returning to their communities after a period of confinement through two dedicated Family Support Specialists who will work to establish and maintain family stability.
