The Asociacion Benefica Cultural Father Billini is a community -based, non sectarian organization. The Asociacion proposes to provide high risk youth with delinquenct prevention programs including Ballet Folkloric Dance and After-School Tutorial Program.The program will establish a youth council to assist youth with employment services. Additionally, The Asociation will provide street outreach services in Queens for high risk youth.
The programs will provide eduaction for students with English as a second language and reading skill development for students through workshops and tutoring.
