The Indoor Recreation of Orleans County (IROC) is developing an educational and recreational community facility in Derby (Orleans County), Vermont The IROC's program will emphasize recreational, educational, and social activities for youth. IROC will implement recreational and educational program that address drug,,alcohol, tobacco, criminal activity of the youth in rural Orleans.
The IROC will implement three programs: 1) After School Activities (ASAP), 2) The Program for Lifelong Learning (PLL) and 3)Project "Bridges.
