The purpose of this project is to recruit and enroll 95 at risk youth from families of recent low to moderate income immigrants. This group will be comprised of youth living with families that immigrated to Brooklyn, New York from Syria between the years of 1992 to 1995. The Syrian Jewish refugees resettled in the southeast Brooklyn neighborhoods of Midwood and Gravesend.NCA/NCF
