Programs for children witnessing domestic violence

The Wisconsin Office of Justice Assistance (OJA) will develop, and assess the impact of, community-based case management protocols and practices designed to improve the link between Wisconsin's domestic violence (dv) residential and non-residential children's programs and public/private systems mandated to provide service to children witnessing domestic violence. These protocols and practices will be designed so that children witnessing domestic violence will have more success connecting to the community based services they need to reduce their 'at risk factors' resulting from witnessing violence in their home.
