College for Teens and Project LEARN Programa - Enrichment and educational year-round programming for youth and families.

The purpose of the 'College for Teens' Project and Project Learn is to assist so called 'average' students, those with a 'C' grade point average, in completing high school coursework, graduating from high school, and entering either higher education or industry-based jobs with competitive wage earning potential.
Project Learn is a distance leaning initiative designed for young mothers who need to develop economic self-sufficiency and continue their education.
The population to be served are academically average students from Elizabeth and Plainfield New Jersey, who are at-risk for dropping out of high school before graduation or who have already dropped out and are receiving assistance. NCA/NCF
