To enhance the expansion and delivery of The First Tee''s Life Skills program.

The World Golf Foundation (WGF) will implement the First Tee program which provides children from lower socio economic and ethnic backgrounds with a life skills curriculum. The First Tee Life Skills curriculum provides three levels of guidance that focus on: 1) fundamental communication and self management skills, 2) goal setting, and 3) resistance to unhealthy behavior and enhanced communication skills. The WGF will provide resources to its local chapters to build their capacity to increase enrollment and establish data tracking for participants in the Life Skills Certification Program. WGF will report performance measures that include the number of First Tee chapters that meet target enrollment goals and the number of children that complete each certification level of the First Tee program.
