The "Passport to Adulthood" project targets youth ages twelve (12) and older who are in the Dependency Court and/or the Dependency Court with dual adjudacatory Delinquency Court issues. This "Court Improvement" project strives to reduce the number of youth who age out of Foster Care and are not prepared to be self-sufficient. This permanency planning project supports Public Law 105-89, the Adoption and Safe Families Act. CA/NCF
