Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital, Inc. will undertake a project focusing on substance abuse called the Rural Methamphetamine Abuse Prevention Project (RMAPP). The proposed projects are called "All Stars" and "Family and Schools Together (FAST)". They will be offered in the rural school districts of Broome and Tioga Counties to effectively prevent and reduce the use and/or spread of methamphetamine abuse in these two vulnerable areas. CA/NCF
