YMCA Program For At Risk Youth

This after school program will include the following activities: values-based education, physical activities & games, educational assistance, social/emotional skills development, literature and ecology clubs, and leadership training/ service learning for older children. This project offers a safe environment for children who are on their own after school. It targets the following: drug & alcohol use among minors, teen pregnancy, truancy, lack of physical activity, and juvenile crime. NCA/NCF
