Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2010, $84,945)
This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.
For FY 2010, the State of Louisiana intends to utilize Title V funding to support three delinquency prevention projects, including two new programs and one continuation. These activities are coordinated through local Law Enforcement Planning Councils in eight regions across the State. NCA/NCF
