Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2013, $325,000)

The purpose of this project is for the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) to host the Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T.) West Region Training Center (WRTC) to assist the National G.R.E.A.T. Program. The WRTC will provide program administrative services to 11 states and one U.S. Territory comprising the G.R.E.A.T. West Region of the United States: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming and the U.S. territory of Guam. NCA/NCF
