The Training and Technical Assistance for Child Abuse Prosecutors program will fund a national training and technical assistance program for attorneys and others involved in the criminal prosecution of child abuse in order to enhance the effectiveness of the investigation and prosecution of such crimes. This program is authorized under the Victims of Child Abuse (VOCA) Act 42 USC Section 13003.
The National District Attorney's Association National Center for Prosecution of Child Abuse will provide training opportunities, technical assistance efforts, publications and resources for prosecutors and related criminal justice professionals, and increased coordination among VOCA-funded programs.
